All coaching is private and available by appointment only. Jeff personally responds to every inquiry within one business day. After reviewing your request, Jeff will contact you to discuss your goals, training history, schedule, and overall fit. From there you will be invited to schedule a complimentary in-home or live 1:1 virtual introductory session based on your preferred coaching format.
